Returns & Exchanges

At PERMISSION, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and affix the pre-paid digital shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
